1 arrested, 1 on the run after murder leads to police hunt in Clayton County

Clayton County, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – According to the police of Clayton County, a Jonesboro murder led to a police that ended in Stockbridge on Monday.

The officials answered a shootout in the 7600 block of Connell Drive shortly before 5.45 p.m. on Monday, where they found a man from a gunshot wound.

Shortly afterwards, a persecution that ended on the Centennial Drive in Stockbridge began. Atlanta News could see the police from Stockbridge and Clayton County and the Henry County Sheriff's Office in front of a Kroger in the Fairview Road Road that were from the chase.

Clayton County's police confirmed that a person was taken into custody and that a suspect is still on the run. The suspects and the victim have not yet been identified.
