Staten Iceland, ny – while the world was glued to its television to observe the inauguration of President Donald J. Trump and to see him as an oath of office as the 47th President of our country, some residents of the district saw for the memory of the important day their own celebrations.

Simply ask Denise and Sal Galati, who repeated part of the solemn event with a noble opening ball, the Tottenville house with plush red carpet, elegant table settings, classic craftsmanship and high martinis in a high style – and yes, a little From the bubble.

And if the names of the duo of mother and daughter familiarize themselves – you should. The fantastic two was co-founder of the popular Boutique Boutique by Daniella Bella, a chic French country boutique in Plains.

“I created the party ideas together with my daughter Daniella,” said Denise. “I have a group of friends who gather once a month to play Pokeno. One night before the election I spoke to organize an opening ball – no matter who became our next president – where everyone should wear formal clothing – SMUS, dark suits and floor -length dresses. I thought it was a fun night full of laughter and celebrations among good friends. “

Denise further explained that her friends were initially a little hesitant – mainly because of the formal wear aspect. But after reminding her, she said that if you searched the inventory in your cupboards, she would surely stumble over evening clothes that were previously worn by Black Tie Weddings and/or donation campaigns.

Liz Ziznewski called the evening a unique event: “It was the most amazing night to celebrate our new president with beautiful friends in the Galati house. Denise and her husband Sal were the best host and host. Her home was so well decorated for the celebration. We felt like we were in the White House. “
