The college has agreed a new 16-year lease for the 5th floor office space at Bridgewater House, totaling 20,034 sq ft, with an annual rent of £26 per sq ft.

The project offers 180,000 m² of characterful office space over 10 floors, including common rooms with a café and business lounge, spacious on-site showers and changing and bicycle storage.

The recent refurbishment works provide first class office facilities with a focus on minimizing the environmental impact of operations and have achieved an A energy performance rating.

In addition to this rental, additional space has recently become available in the building. Currently, 20,000 m² on the 4th floor is being renovated and can be opened in the new year.

Bridgewater House is located in close proximity to Oxford Road station in Manchester, close to St Peter's Square, a major hub of city life, and in close proximity to the Metrolink tram network.
