A chosen liberal government Dutton will celebrate 100,000 US dollars for updating the lighting in Coronation Park in Minto.
The upgrade includes the installation of LED lighting with control systems in order to manage the lighting effectively and efficiently on the paths around the coronation park.
The liberal candidate for Macarthur, Binod Paudel, said that the Coronation Park was prioritized for a lighting promotion in view of the high foot traffic in the evening – especially during the week about football and netball training sessions.
“These upgrades will ensure that local families can lead their daily life with greater trust in their personal security,” said Paudel.
“I listened to our community and I am happy to enter into this commitment, which encourages even more families of local families to enjoy our lifestyle outdoors.”
The shadow minister for interior matters and Minister of Shadow for Cyber Security, Senator James Paterson, said under a liberal government Dutton that the Minto community was becoming stronger, safer and better supported to tackle the crime.
“Bringing Australia back to the right way to keep Australia safe – safe for families, safe for companies and for the communities,” said Senator Paterson.
“Projects that are delivered as part of the Safer Communities Fund will help to protect local communities by ensuring that they have an adequate security infrastructure such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems and safety lighting.”
The revitalized SCF will receive scholarships for councils, schools and local organizations in order to reduce crime and anti -social behavior, to improve security in the municipal areas and to promote social cohesion.
This commitment is part of the Liberals' plan to bring Australia back into the right course.
