High Point-Coaster Fine Furniture reveals this week at the High Point Market Modern Minimalist, a new theme gallery with more than 30 new pieces, which focuses on the exclusive Leandro collection.
The collection from Vietnam imports and is a modern attitude to brutalism trend that currently influences fashion, interior design and pop culture.
“Championship balancing function and shape, modern minimalism is characterized by brave shapes and solid wood. In harmony with the architectural roots of brutalism, the function is prioritizing over excess decorations,” said Coaster's Vice President of Merchandising and Strategic Planning Crystal Nguyen. “Our interpretation emphasizes multi-purpose furniture and modular seating solutions with structural contrasts between hard industrial surfaces and soft, inviting textiles such as boucle and plush stirrups in upholstery and accent seating.”
Bedroom and dining furniture combine a burning, deep brown-black Sherwin Williams wood finish with crispy lines and compound curves.
The bedroom group (recommended in retail $ 4,449 for a five-member King set) has a statement bed with a headboard in the protective style, which is padded in a cream-colored chenille fabric and an invented side rails. English swallow tail construction offer drawers in the case of the falls at the front and rear and offer 45 mm soft metal slides.
The eating group (proposed retail in retail 3,399 US dollars for a nine-part set) is based on a large 100-inch table with an elongated top in an extra thick edge profile. Side chairs that are padded in creams have ergonomic, curved backs that are shaped for comfort. The collection server offers two drawers over three doors that hide the adjustable internal shelves.
Coaster's Showroom is located in 111 E. Commerce Ave.
