The artist's series of painted photographs Marc Quinn One of the bigger surprises was the presence outside Kelly and Mark's bedrooms. They show a close-up and an enlarged image of the eyeballs of their three children. “They don’t live here anymore, but it still feels like they’re still with us,” says Mark. I'm not an empty nester yet, but I can't tell if he's joking here or not. “I can stare into my kids’ eyes forever,” Kelly adds. SAME.

TV behind mirrors

As someone who doesn't like the look of TVs in any room except a binge drinking room, I love all the hidden TVs in his bedroom (see above), living room, and Mark's man cave.

Snail toothpicks

There's actually a sweet story behind it and as a snail/snail lover, this gift is actually pretty sweet. The house was designed with AD100 Hall of Fame interior designer William Sofield, known for his modern luxury style, and he gave it to them because their son loved snails, surprisingly at age 9 (the same time Sofield built the house designed).

The Dark Cave (on the fifth floor)

The first surprise moment was Mark's Bar 5, where the tour begins. The dark interior was a bit of a surprise until you see the rest of the house in its luxurious and neutral color palette. It's called Bar 5, Mark notes, because it's on the fifth floor of their forever home, so it's basically the opposite of a man cave!

They share a bathroom!

Few couples would choose to share a bathroom and closet if they could afford a space with more than one. This was one of the most endearing parts of their tour. This couple still really loves each other and it's SO cute to see. Even when the children are not at home, they choose to share a bathroom and a closet because it brings them closer to each other. #RelationshipGoals!

I want to be where people don't sleep

Is Kelly Ripa actually an introvert? She spends her time writing at the desk in her bedroom and in a split second this cheeky needlepoint pillow appears. I love her sense of humor which really shines through in this video.

Lazy Susan dining table

I have a soft spot for round dining tables – I feel like they encourage everyone to join in the conversation. For Kelly and Mark, their dining table has a special feature: it actually rotates 360 degrees like a lazy Susan. Great!

Translucent cabinets

Kelly notes that her see-through furniture keeps her honest and forces her to be organized. When Mark talks about decision-making around cabinet appointments, I felt like I was being seen THAT way. Every decision in my house was pretty easy, except for choosing the cabinet handles! It felt ridiculous, but I thought about this big (small?) renovation decision.

The trap door in the living room

Finally, Mark's hilarious comment about locking guests in the living room with a sliding door made me laugh. They are really adorable and silly. Take a look inside this absolutely entertaining and heart-stopping tour!
