Ursino Interiors is looking for a motivated and experienced high-end interior architecture professional that thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. The candidate has to illustrate exceptional organizational and project management skills and have an urgency and follow and at the same time manage several residential projects. The candidate must have 4 years of high -end -ending. We are a team of enthusiastic, design -obsessed experts and strive to expand our team with other hard -working, like -minded people!

This role is a hybrid position that requires a (+/-) 3-day in-offices obligation in our studio in Colts Neck, New Jersey.

• High knowledge of AutoCad and Sketchup; Hand outline a preferred plus, Photoshop, InDesign and Studio designer

• 4+ years of experience in working in high-end interior in residential areas

• Excellent communication skills, especially when translating and implementing concept design -feedback

• proactive self -starter and problem solver; The candidate can predict problems and troubleshooting against you to provide creative solutions

• Strong organizational and customer management skills; The candidate will manage project plans, budgets, deadlines and services with internal design team members and other project collaborators (architects, A/V consultants, mill workers, landscape designers, etc.).

• strong presentation skills; The candidate must surely help with the daily customer communication and the presentation of larger design areas alongside the Principal with the presentation of accessories

• Exceptional project management skills with obsessive attention to detail

• Comprehensive knowledge of high -performance sellers and suppliers

• Completion of an accredited design institution preferred

• Adaptable work style with strong interpersonal skills in professional environments

• Strong working morality with a “can -do” posture and the commitment to excellence

The main designer Maureen Ursino originally founded the interior of Ursino in 2016 as a secondary business, in addition to the completion of her Master of Arts in interior design by the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design of George Washington University. After graduation, she worked for a commercial architecture and engineering office that designed rooms for Fortune 500 companies. In 2018, Maureen followed her passion for the design of living rooms and the emotional connection, which helps to transform a house into a home from the support of customers, and listed the interior of Ursino into a full service studio in Colts Neck in New Jersey. Maureen built the interior of Ursino to a nationally recognized company with work on Wall Street Journal, Vogue Living, 1st DIBS introspective, Elle Décor, House Beautiful, Homes & Garden, The Expert and Luxe.
