We are a design-controlled architecture and interiors that specialize in restaurants. Our work is based on the community, thoughtful design, customer -oriented problem solving, mutual respect and a strategic approach for everything we do.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in architecture or interior design/architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in an architecture or interior, ideally with some hospitality or restaurant experiences (also counts in a restaurant!)
- Knowledge of building regulations, ADA, approval processes, restaurant-specific equipment for food and food services as well as requirements from the Ministry of Health (preferred, but not required).
- Experience coordinated the MEP consultant and management of project budgets and schedules (preferred, but not required).
- Knowledge in Sketchup, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite and Standard Drawing Ferting Software (AutoCAD and Revit).
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
- A balanced way of thinking: design -driven, technically competent and organized.
Your responsibility
Design and customer loyalty
- The development of lead designs from early concepts up to the final documentation
- Create presentations, Moodboards, Sketchup/Enscape models and material pallets
- Facilitation of customers meetings and translate the brand goals into the design direction
- Enter materials, surfaces, lighting and colors in accordance with the project requirements
Project management
- Manage project plans, deliveries and internal tasks
- Pursue budgets and schedules; Enter the scope as required
- Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structure, food service, etc.)
- Serve as the primary customer contact for daily communication
Technical & construction
- Create drawing rates for pricing, approval and construction
- Make sure
- Monitoring of the building management: Answer RFIS, take part in location sessions and check the submissions
