Apple has just confirmed its “reverberation” event for September 9th in Apple Park, and we expect a new series of Apple watch to take the stage. The headliner will probably be the Apple Watch Series 11, but Apple may also have discovered the Ultra 3. Macrumors, which was uncovered in the public beta beta of iOS 26, shows display details for the robust clock of the next generation.
After the event is only a few days away, the clues are stacked. Here is a look at everything we know, suspect, and can reasonably expect Apple's 2025 Smartwatch line -up from Apple.
Apple Watch Series 11 Price and Availability
Traditionally, new models are offered for sale between a few days and a few weeks after the keynote. This year this could be the opening of the pre -orders on Friday, September 12, the availability of the following Friday, September 19th. Delays have been found in recent years due to production problems, and it is still unclear how newly imposed tariffs could influence both start -up and pricing in 2025: Series 10 begins at 399 US dollars for the basic model. The other question is what the most expensive variant will be-festival gold, diamond defender Hermès, someone?
How many Apple watches will we get?
Based on the usual update cycle and now the latest information in iOS 26, we receive at least a flagship (Series 11) and an Apple Watch Ultra 3, as is known through reference in Watch OS 26. Probably the possibility is to get a next generation SE model. The Apple Watch Ultra and the cheaper SE line have not followed a predictable upgrade cycle, but the absence of last year could be a strong indication that 2025 could be the year in which we all get back.
The new Ultra and Series 11 will mainly look the same, while according to Gurman, the se could receive a refreshing appearance. And the Ultra could receive satellite blends and 5G Redcap network access, which would even bring the most distant adventure into the network.
Apple Watch Series 11 Design
Series 11 is expected to keep the slim, flat design on series 10 (42 mm and 46 mm). Apple's new Corning partnership, however, means that all glass protection officers are protected in the USA. The messages don't just ensure a great marketing ball. It could also indicate improved shelf life, sustainability advantages and possibly faster repair turnaround if the replacement glass is related to Germany.
If the barked iOS 26 images are true, the Ultra 3 also has a similar design and a slightly larger screen with a resolution of 422 x 514 pixels (according to the 410 x 502 pixels from Ultra 2). This could be achieved by removing the bezels and at the same time maintaining the same total case and the tradition of Apple to maximize the screen properties without maximizing the big ultra.
According to Macrumors, the Apple Watch could also receive an energy-efficient screen, possibly an improved LTPO display with higher resolution and better brightness that could help improve the battery life. This could be reserved for the higher Ultra 3, which is probably retained its original design.
In the meantime, the cheaper SE could see a more extensive design overhaul; However, it would keep the body 8 body and, according to Gurman, receive several upgrades from series 10, such as an ever-on display.
Apple Watch Series 11 processor
Apple usually picks up the processor with every new smartwatch, so this time we should see an Apple S11 chip for at least series 11 and Ultra 3. The Ultra 3 is also rumored to receive satellite confectionality and 5G support. According to Gurman, these functions are probably not done. Series 9.
Series 10 calculates faster than earlier Apple watches, but the battery takes the same time.
Apple Watch Series 11 Battery
If there is one thing on the wish list of everyone, it is a better battery life. Series 10 introduced a faster charge – in just 30 minutes from 0% to 80% compared to 90 minutes in previous models – but there is space for improvements in the battery capacity itself.
Although there are no rumors that indicate that new Apple watches have a longer battery life, I really hope that Apple appeals to the battery because its smartwatches fall back. Some Android models use two chip sets to share tasks and optimize the battery life. I would like to see how Apple uses a similar strategy and finally increases the battery life for two full days in a single load for regular models. I hope that the Ultra, which is currently receiving a full 72 hours under the load, receives the faster load of series 10 and exceeds its battery life over three days.
Apple Watch Health and Fitness Upgrades
There was a persistent rumor about the blood pressure tracking that finally comes to the Apple Watch, but it is unclear when it will be ready. According to a March report by Gurman, Apple has already tested the function in his smartwatch, but has pushed problems. Other wearables health companies such as Omron and Med-Watch have proven that it is possible to measure blood pressure from the wrist. However, if these functions are added, this would probably require new sensors and a bulky design. It would also be less precise than dedicated health devices such as Omron and Messgraseline such as the Galaxy Watch 7 and Ultra (which is not supported on Samsung watches in the USA).
Blood pressure and glucose monitoring were also thrown into the mixture, but the latter may not be fully baked for this cycle according to Gurman.
A Watchos shines on series 11
Apple also gave us a preview of the new interface for the Apple Watch with Watchos 26 at its developer conference in June. The new UI update contains a new “liquid glass” display with a glassy, transparent design language, which can be seen in visionos.
The redesign has clear overlays for symbols and notifications, which leads to a more uniform appearance and Apple's ecosystem. Google took a similar step with its newly designed user interface, material 3 expressive, for Android telephones and smartwatches with Wear OS 6.
Would you like a complete breakdown of everything Apple has announced, including the new iOS 26 and the striking liquid glass design? Here is everything you missed at WWDC 2025.
Health and fitness trainer
Watchos 26 also introduced a AI-driven training buddy into the Apple Watch and offers encouragement and real-time feedback on certain workouts. Most of the heavy lifting takes place on the iPhone, so the function must be combined with a newer iPhone from Apple Intelligence. Series 11 (and Ultra 3) could continue to urge this by using its more powerful chipset.
This could include coaching that goes beyond the workout app, possibly debut the 11 series and then also uses for compatible Apple Watches. According to Gurman, Apple has worked on a large health app revision, the mulberry project-named project, that would bring AI recommendations and implementable knowledge for health and fitness to users. The new “Health Plus” app would probably arrive as part of an iOS 19 update that works together with Watchos 11 to collect and process data. Although it is still unclear which devices it would support, we could throw a first look on the Worldwide Development Conference from Apple in June 2025.
Health Coaching is something that other competitors such as Garmin and Fitbit offer via their platforms via Premium (Paid) nonnements. It is not clear whether Apple would calculate additional fees for these functions for these functions or whether they would be integrated into the standard health app at no additional costs.
The Apple Watch could take some Design Cues from Visionos in the Apple Vision Pro Headset.
Additional future Apple Watch surprises
There is another rumor that the Apple Watch could get a camera-not for selfies, but for AI-based image recognition. With the publication of Apple Intelligence, Apple has introduced a visual search tool on the iPhone that uses the camera to provide relevant information on objects and locations.
According to a report by Gurman, Apple is investigating this option, and even if the company decides to advance the technology, it would probably only go to the Apple Watch in the 2027 models. For this start, however, it is not expected that Watchos 12 indicates what type of AI integration will arrive. In contrast, Watchos 11 are missing all Apple Intelligence functions.
A foldable Apple Watch concept published in March 2025 in the US patent application.
An even further further note indicates a foldable Apple Watch with two Cameras. A current Apple patent, which was first uncovered by Pulled Apple and published in March by the US patent and brand office, describes one Apple Watch design with a foldable screen and another with a dual screen display that either folds or slips out. The additional screens could give the Apple Watch more properties to expand their functionality and make it less dependent on the iPhone. The same patent also indicates the possibility of two cameras on this dual screen clock for AI processing or video calls. Apple filt is often good before a related technology appears in an actual product. Even if this concept lives the light of the day, we do not expect it to celebrate its public debut soon.
