The company founded by architects and interior designers Adnan Jasrai is known for its seamless mixture of technical excellence, visual creativity and practical knowledge, all of which integrate in a service -oriented, customer -oriented model.
We meet with Adnan, who founded the business three years ago and made Leigh his home.
“I studied architecture on the UCL, but my journey started much earlier. My father was a building contractor and when I grew up I was constantly on site. At a young age I took carpentry skills and surprised as a full-time carpenter. But when it was time to decide, I pursued architecture that enabled me to combine creativity with building. '
This practical background makes a designs LTD really unique. “We not only pull plans and go away. We have built, installed and convert houses ourselves and transform our designs on practical delivery, not only in theory. Most architects don't get their hands dirty, but I still have and still do it. '

Recognized as one of Essex's ten architecture and design companies, works on residential, indoor and complete renovation projects across Great Britain. The business has grown quickly, especially because of its modern approach to 3D design.
“Many local practices still rely on outdated 2D methods and lack visual clarity,” explains Adnan. 'We brought photo -realistic 3D rendering and immersive pictures with which customers could really understand what they got. Everything has changed. '

One of Essex's proudest projects is The Willows, a large property on a hectare property in Billericay.
When we visited for the first time, the house had been untouched for years. The owners had just bought it, but nobody had lived there for a long time. It was in complete decay. '
The team started carrying out a complete structural survey and a measured location analysis. A two -story side extension was proposed and the planning was subjected, while the internal renovation work was started immediately.
“This customer opted for our full-service package architecture, interior, cutting lists, kitchen and bathroom design, complete layout new configuration and complete equipment,” says Adnan.
The project also included an Annexe conversion, which transformed a once -related room – a garage, a mini apartment and a back storage room – into a coherent setup with a play room and a summer house.
“Because the property goes back to Greenbelt -Land, we have confronted planning challenges,” he adds, “but we worked within the restrictions, used the natural slope of the country to our advantage and delivered something really special.”

Discretion prevents Adnan names, but he says: “We were lucky enough to work with customers who trust our eye, but also our ability to deliver according to a premium standard. Whether top -class or not, we treat every house as if it were our own. '

Adnan lives in a Victorian half -roof in Leigh, which he gradually turns into one of the outstanding properties on the street.
“It's a live project,” he says. “We have completed a loft conversion, currently build a one-story rear extension and completely redesigned the interior, from luxury wardrobes to custom media walls and carefully manufactured kitchen.”
He currently also fits a kindergarten with his first child in October. “This at home reflects our design values, timeless structure, functional rooms and personal details that increase everyday life.”

Another pioneering project is a transformative residential system in Chigwell that was both the company's architectural persistence and the brave vision of the customer.
“This was a trip,” says Adnan. “It is one of the largest private residential projects we have taken over and it has not yet been completed. The goal was to completely modernize and double the size of an existing house and to transform it into a luxury residence with style and substance. '
The process began over a year ago and navigated through a challenging planning process, in which several submissions, draft edits and the commitment of the local authority included. “We took 12 months for the planning permits through side extensions, rear extensions, loft conversion, landscape design and a comprehensive master plan.”
In the construction, the property is now in a comprehensive transformation, including a two-story rear and side extension, the complete loft conversion with tailor-made stair draft and an internal structural new configuration to create open living spaces. A 50 km luxury kitchen, fully tailored and integrated into intelligent systems, will also have a comprehensive use of marble masonry in the kitchen areas, in the benefits and in the bathing rooms.
The project completes a full landscape architecture package, including a tailor -made swimming pool, grill zone, fireplace and entertainment area.
The interiors are treated by the A-Design team in their own house with curated design schemes for every bedroom, every living area and even for the circulation rooms. From tailor -made lighting layouts to tailor -made carpenters and soft furniture, every detail is taken into account and equipped by the same team that has designed it.
“We not only hand over drawings. We are there on site, check the installation, follow up in real time and ensure that the end product is exactly as intended. '
This holistic approach – architecture, interiors and execution – makes the Chigwell project a signature window of the full functions of the studio.
“Chigwell has become one of these projects that reflects who we are. A customer with a vision, a property with potential and a team that doesn't stop when it is perfect. We have built up strong relationships here and know that the finished result will be something very special – a home with WoW factor, but also warmth and function.
