For the first time I saw that the Libernovo Omni was announced, I thought if you would provide half of what I would see in the preliminary views in real life, I would be impressed.
Now I have checked some of the best office chairs for the house and office, but that? This is something completely different. Let me explain.
Libernovo Omni: Price and availability
The Libernovo Omni started with Kickstarter and recently emerged from this initial phase. The next round of chairs begins on October 21, 2025, and Libernovo accepts even more pre -orders by October 20.
The Basic Bundle is currently available for 848 US dollars via the Libernovo website for the sale of $ 1,099.
If you want to delay this chair before the price increase or before shipping due to high demand, you will receive one from Libernovo directly by clicking here.
Libernovo Omni: Unboxing and first impressions
The omni arrived in a large box and took 10 minutes to be minimally frustrated or stressed. It was most difficult to cope with the realization that I had missed a step into the directions and had not moved the wire controls aside before I attached the seat to the frame, which means that I had to undo everything.
This brings another point – the meeting was uncomplicated, partly due to a design and setup process that I have not yet seen under my over 50 chairs that I have checked in recent years. Most of the chairs I tested have a backpiece that is mounted directly at the seat of the chair, usually with three screws.
However, this chair has what I can only describe as a spine that extends to the top of the backrest and then sits directly on the base. Then a base is added via the spine, and a backrest is attached to the upper section of the spine. This assembly and design method offers unique, also offers the chair enormous stability and makes assembly into child's play.
From the moment I was sitting on this chair for the first time, I absolutely loved it. It is different from what I had expected in the feeling, but in a good way. The seat is firm and yet comfortable, the backrest works well and the adjustments are excellent. The shock for me was that the seat felt a little narrower than expected.
Without taking too long, I could choose what I wanted and I went back to work and forgot that I had to make further adjustments, which speaks for how convenient the chair is.

As I mentioned above, the frame for the Libernovo Omni is unique. It has three main components, with the primary structure of the frame in which most chairs have a gap.
The spine content of the chair effectively conveys the stability it offers. The network seat is comfortable, even for all -day use, the backrest is incredibly supportive and the frame is stable.
The footprint is small enough to fit even in smaller setups to the point where I laid this chair to my smallest desk setup, and it works perfectly.
Libernovo omni: used
The Libernovo Omni has a backrest that is not only comfortable, but also hugs my spine when I sit. Most chairs require an adaptation all day, but I spent several long days on this chair for several long days.
Admittedly, even if I am at my standing desk, I haven't got up for a few days (of course during work). The headrest can be adjusted to push forward or back and support my neck when I sit. I can lean back when thinking or on a virtual call and get a quick massage by pressing a simple button.
Another thing that is worth mentioning is that this chair, unlike many chairs with a gap, offers beautiful lumbar support. Right on the lower back, where your seat hits the backrest, most chairs have a gap, or an upholstery is used to compensate for this.
Since this chair is designed in such a unique way, there is not only an option for a small gap, but also a zero gap option in which the electronics are used to close this gap, which means that they are supported all day without relieving the pressure on their spine.
It would not be a biased evaluation without some disadvantages. After a few days of using this chair, I noticed that the headrest is too light and it moves more easily than expected. This is probably due to the thin, small plastic piece that holds the headrest in place. If you are the kind of person who expects this to be rigid, you will unfortunately be disappointed in the maneuverability of this headrest.
Libernovo Omni: final judgment
The Libernovo Omni is impressive. This is the type of quality that I would expect from an established company and several variations of a chair.
But instead I found it in a chair that is still technically on Kickstarter at the time of writing this evaluation. Yes, it is expensive, but it's really worth the money when you spend the whole day at a desk.
If you are looking for a comfortable chair that supports your lower back all day, you should consider Libernovo's Omni offer before making your decision. Your opinion can change – or at least rethink what an office chair can be.
