Prince William, Princess Kate and their family finally settle into Forest Lodge, an eight-bedroom mansion on the Windsor estate. The family reportedly quietly moved from Adelaide Cottage to their new “forever home” last week while Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis were on school holidays.

According to the Daily MailPrincess Kate has already added her signature decorative touch to the family home. The Princess of Wales selected a 24-seat dining table from an antique warehouse, perfect for hosting large family gatherings. It was also reported that the Princess chose fabric furniture based on designs by Marina Mill, hand screen-printed at a cost of more than £100 per metre.

Princess Kate visited Marina Mill in September 2025 and learned about the unique process used to create these fabrics. Guy Rawkins, managing director of Marina Mill, said: “Our customers are the best of the best. Customers ask why the fabric is so expensive and then they come here like a princess and then they understand.” The family-run factory has supplied fabrics and decorations to many royal homes including Buckingham Palace, Clarence House and Highgrove.

While photos inside Princess Kate and Prince William's homes, including Kensington Palace and Anmer Hall, are rare, we've gotten plenty of glimpses into living rooms and offices in their royal properties. Jo Malone candles, Oka cushions and John Lewis tablecloths harmonize with historic antiques and priceless works of art from the Royal Collection.
