Online shop Blair & Blythe goes in Westwood bricks and mortar

In three years, what started as a secondary employment for Sarah Brown has become much more.

When she started her online house and lifestyle shop Blair & Blythe, Brown mainly worked as a consultant for mental health advisors and was also looking for a creative outlet.

She filled her shop with the types of “increased” objects, of which she said she was often sought for her own home and lifestyle. Not long after the start, Blair & Blythe “all weighted” and finally added interior design services.

In just a few weeks, customers can buy personally for their favorite items.

Blair & Blythe will celebrate the opening of his new business in Westwood on February 15th.

Blair & Blythe opened at 4812 Rainbow BLVD.

  • The business is moving into an approximately 6,000 square meter building on the northwestern corner of the 48th terrace and the Rainbow Boulevard next to the Westwood Animal Hospital.
  • In the area previously located, the owner of the ownership of the ownership was closed before the business was closed at the end of 2023.
  • As soon as it opens up, the regular hours from Blair & Blythe will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Blair & Blythe offers decor, furniture and lifestyle goods

Blair & Blythe offers a number of articles for the house – from smaller decor items such as dishes and towels to larger furniture such as chairs, tables and lamps.

When you go to the new room in Westwood, customers are exhibited with articles such as vintage art, custom chairs, mahjong games, glassware and a large, fine china.

Painting on the inner walls of the business is currently underway, with many pink and blues.

In the back of the business, customers in interior design have a place to set and look at samples and materials, select colors and receive inspiration for how to search for them.

Brown said their goal in creating Blair & Blythe was to deliver a mixture of classic and modern pieces from which customers can choose.

This is a kind of what she also aimed at when choosing the name for the name – a traditional name and a trendy name to reflect the goal of the brand.

“I just wanted to create a beautiful room that really just called you as soon as you came in,” she said. “Each of my seasonal collections comes from the trends of the season and the trends of the market, but we will always have a basis for traditionalism.”

This is Blair & Blyth's first inpatient shop

Blair & Blythe started online in January 2022.

The decision to bring the concept into an inpatient business was largely based on the “mere interest” and the demand in the community for local business, said Brown.

“The area consistently demands more shopping experiences and inpatient shops to go there that it is owned by small and locally,” she said. “I have the feeling that I learned from so many small business owners and built amazing relationships.”

Brown and her husband are even residents of Westwood, so that they only buy the former space of the former owners (a further local entrepreneur couple, they added), only a few steps from their own neighborhood.

“This building is almost 100 years old and it can be seen that so many owners and companies come in,” she said. “The excitement that the community has for my shop was a great motivator. Everyone is just excited to have something like this here. “
