When a “Bachelor Pad” was offered for sale in Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada, Chad Harmer and Aly Justice of modern organic design knew their mission:-friendly community.
Harmer says they wanted the house “to a warmer place where families came in and immediately felt at home.” The house was in excellent form and only needed cosmetic changes – apart from a little re -paint it was the staging of Justice that turned the house into an inviting retreat that would appeal to a wider population group than individual people.

The duo shifted accents and decor of darker tones and leather to warm neutral and lighter fabrics. The small dining area originally had a corner bench and a round wooden table. Justice held justice, but exchanged the flower pillows for solid, neutral exchanged ones. She also opted for a more modern wooden table that complemented the beautiful floor and added a chair. The floating shelves remained, but justice switched on the decor and its placement and made the small room appear easier and even a little larger.
“I think many furniture decisions and general textiles and textures that are selected there only give the illusion that it is brighter and brighter,” says justice.

While the ceiling devices remained the same, justice brought more lamps for the side tables to complement the sunken ceiling lighting. The colors were held to the outdoor area on the windows of the living room and in the sliding doors, but it also added curtain rods and airy curtains, which further dissolved the appearance of the room.
However, it was the living room in which “Bachelor Pad” would probably be shouted at home, the potential buyers are the loudest for the strong leather furniture and the games of the games under the television are the loudest. You also removed a beer barrel, says Harmer – another easy way to disperpose the space for sale. Note everyone The buyer of homes will appreciate their fur babies as much as they do.

Justice also turned over the entire layout of the room. The converted design opened the living room instead of completing it, and showed that the room could be used for collecting outside the screen time.

It was of course that the television was a center of space for the seller because the seller was a player. It remained in place, but justice ensured that they hide all wires and technicians that were connected with it. Some stags will go so far to remove a television to get rid of the tech incorporation. However, Justice says that something to control or hide the wires behind the television is definitely helpful and is just as easy. And even if the new buyers decide to face the furniture towards the television – on this wall or in any other way – justice reaches the goal of the stager to show the potential of the room.

After the property had been cleaned, justice and their team only needed about half a working day to do the staging. The quick transformation paid off. Harmer says that while the houses in this area stay on the market for an average of 30 days, the “Bachelor -Pad” was recorded in just two weeks to give prices. Mission fulfilled.
“It is quite unreal what you can do with layouts and various furniture and decorating,” noted Harmer.
