In collaboration with the industry leaders Amphenol, Foxconn Interconnect Technologies, Mathworks, Samtec and Tektronix, we show the latest progress in Interconnect technologies that are tailored to AI calculation centers

London, Great Britain and Toronto, Canada – January 28, 2025 – Alphawave Semi (LSE: AWE), a worldwide leading provider of high-speed connectivity and calculation of silicon for global technology infrastructure, announced that it will demonstrate its high-speed communication IP at Designcon 2025. This is achieved in collaboration with partners including amphenol, IP-IP, including amphenol, Foxconn Interconnect Technologies, Mathworks, Samtec and Tektronix.

Bodendemonstrations will contain the Interconnect IP and products from partner companies, which means that the collaborative ecosystems in the areas of AI calculus centers are presented. These presentations on the exhibition underline the role of Alphawave Semi in the design of the future roadmap of industry connection solutions.

  • 128g: Presentation of PCIE® External Cable Feasibility at 128G with the OSFP-XD cable and the connection of Foxconn fit. Status: 913

At the convention, the Interconnect expert team from Alphawave Semi will take part in panel and speaker meetings. This includes Michael Klempa by Alphawave Semi, Senior Staff Engineer, and David Kulansky, director of Solutions Engineering, who joins Samuel Kocsis on Amphenol to have a paper together with the title “Exploring Copprink & The Future towards Electro-optical Interconnects for to present the development of rack architectures in data centers.

Klempa will also take part in the “energy -efficient interfaces of the Optical Internetworking Forum) for the next generation of AI -Computer -Panel meetings.

The Ilamparidhi I from Alphawave Semi, VLSI, will be two presentations entitled “Innovative Interposer solutions for HBM3/4 with silicon interposer technology: a path to 12.8GBPS” and “Innovative layout optimization method and via routing pattern to-enable-UIE -36gbps deliver in organic interposers “.

In collaboration with Mathworks, the Adrien Eye from Alphawave Semi, the application engineer, Principal, presents a joint paper entitled “Genetic algorithm-controlled IBIS-AMI-optimization for robust 200g-and-ande design”.

Now in his 30TH The year, the annual congress and the exhibition, takes place from January 28th to January 30th in Santa Clara, California, and is the must-end event for chip, board and system design engineers.
