Baltimore Home & Design Award winner 2025

Every year we are overwhelmed by the astonishing talent of the architecture and interior design community of our region – ISS building owners, designers, architects and contractors. That is why we decided again to highlight the best in our home and design prices.

How happy we have to have a variety of houses that include periods, generations and architectural styles. This year's winners include Rowhouse Revitalization in Canton, who spent time as corner bar before it was converted back to a family home, and the historical renovation of a residence in Roland Park, which once belonged to the President of B&O Railroad.

These 30 awards are selected by a group of nationally renowned design experts and selected and celebrated the design landscape from Charm City to the East Coasting.
