Jason Phillips has been promoted to CEO of furniture maker Phillips Collection, nearly 20 years after joining the family business as vice president.
Texas-based manufacturer Weir's Furniture has promoted Dirk Smith to succeed J. Mark Moore as CEO. Smith joined the company in 2020 as director of merchandising and was promoted to senior vice president of operations in 2022. Moore, who has been with the brand for 38 years (and was CEO for 21 years), will continue to serve on the board.
Illinois-based Skyline Furniture named Meganne Wecker CEO, succeeding her father Ted Wecker. Wecker, who previously served as president and chief creative officer, represents the third generation of family leadership in the production company's 78-year history. Meganne is also the founder of the furniture brand Cloth & Company, which she founded in 2016. Ted will continue to serve as CEO Emeritus of Skyline Furniture; and Trent Steed, previously executive vice president, will now become president.
John Boos & Co., the maker of sustainable cutting boards and kitchen appliances, announced a series of executive hires. Damon Childers is the new president and CEO, the brand's fourth president in its 137-year history; Ty Jones was named vice president of business development; Patrick Smith is the new director of strategic clients; Lisa Bosio joins as director of consumer products and strategic marketing; Samantha Gann is the director of e-commerce and digital marketing. and Sarah Fisher is the new brand marketing manager.
Home improvement products maker Leaf Home has named Rocco Mango as CEO. Mango has served as interim CEO since April after serving as chief operating officer since 2019.
Regina Andrew Detroit, the lighting company, hired Heather Dumford as director of creative content and marketing, a new role at the company. Dumford was most recently creative director of Charlotte-based advertising agency Wray Ward.
Stylex, the commercial furniture company, welcomed Tina Brennan as its new vice president of marketing and sustainability. Brennan arrives Metropolis Magazinewhere she was vice president of marketing and experiential events. She has also worked in publishing worldwide Interior design Magazine as managing director for integrated marketing and Architectural Digest as marketing manager.
Danish silverware and jewelry brand Georg Jensen welcomed Paula Gerbase as creative director. Gerbase is the founder and creative director of her own design studio Gerbase and former artistic director of the British shoe manufacturer John Lobb.

The Atlanta Decorative Arts Center has a new senior marketing events manager: Michelle Westcott-Richards. She brings two decades of PR experience in the design industry, most recently as head of global public relations and special events for home design company Fiskars Group.
Uovo, the art, fashion and wine storage and collection management company, hired Martha Hart as director of international shipping. Hart was previously registrar of the Hessel Museum of Art at Bard College.
Connecticut-based wallpaper company Sister Parish Design welcomed Jackson McCard as sales manager. McCard is a former national sales manager for McKinnon and Harris and was previously a manager at Treillage, Bunny Williams and John Rosselli's antiques and design store in Manhattan.
Fabric and wallpaper company Rebecca Atwood Designs welcomed Chelsea Thornton as its new sales manager for the West region.
Bobby Contini is the new manager of the Duke Wood Floors showroom in New York's D&D Building after serving as showroom manager at Harbinger and Lucas Studio since 2022. He previously held the positions of Senior Sales Director at Madera and Managing Director of LV Wood.
Design & Architecture
Maryland-based design firm Ayers Saint Gross has promoted principal and vice president Joel Fidler to president, replacing Luanne Greene, who has held the position since 2016. Fidler joined the company in 2011; Previously, he was a project architect and associate at Cho Benn Holback + Associates.
Global architecture and design firm B+H named Michele Cohen head of healthcare in its Toronto office. Cohen has extensive experience and most recently worked as a director at the architecture and engineering firm NORR for almost eight years.
Arcadis, the sustainable design and engineering consultancy, has hired Jeffrey Till to lead the firm's placemaking practice in San Francisco, where he will lead sustainable urban planning and design efforts. From 2017 until September of this year, he was the principal architect of his Bay Area-based company, Design Studio Till.
St. Louis-based design firm Lawrence Group welcomes three new additions to its marketing department. Claire Strube is the new Marketing Proposals Specialist, returning to the company after working as Marketing Proposals Coordinator for architectural firm Oculus Inc. Jane Chrisanty, the new digital marketing specialist, joins from Mighty Cricket, where she was Marketing Account Manager. Emily Hill is a new marketer coming from marketing agency Experience Fresh, where she was Chief of Staff.

Benjamin Reynaert, interior designer and creative consultant, has joined Elle Decor as interim market director. He was previously the publication's design and market editor from 2016 to 2018. Reynaert is the founder of the consulting firm Benjamin Reynaert Creative and previously also worked as creative director of Interior Define and style director at Domino Media Group.

Industry organizations
The National Kitchen & Bath Association announced its 2025 Board of Directors. The Pennsylvania-based organization elected Eduardo Cosentino, executive vice president of Cosentino Group and CEO of Cosentinio Americas, as chairman – one of the youngest board chairs in the group's history. He will be joined by new NKBA board member Kerrie Kelly, CEO and Creative Director of Kerrie Kelly Studio, who has been elected Vice Chair; and returning member Ken Roberts, president of Atlas Roofing Corporation, will be the next secretary-treasurer.
