With the new Ant -Locator -Tracking solution from BlueBebitsics, companies can precisely pursue their manual forklifts and associated payloads, manage the interactions of these vehicles alongside AGVS/AMRS and optimize the operations of their manual truck.
March 10, 2025, Stuttgart, DE (LogiMat): The Autonomous Navigation and Fleet Management Leader BlueBeetics, whose Ant -Navigation Technology is driving over 6,000 AGVs and AMRs worldwide -has Ant -Locator, a new and highly flexible vehicle tracking and mixed fleet management solution that will be available in stores from June 2025.
“Based on our proven vehicle positioning technology, Ant -Locator enables companies to understand exactly where their forklifts are located and where their pallets are also inside or outdoors,” explains Dr. Nicola Tomatis, CEO of Bluebetics. “Ant-Locator also deals with a developing challenge for internal logistics teams: This is how you ensure effective interactions between manual forklifts and driverless AGVs and AMRS by enabling traffic types, intelligent interactions in predefined zones and the integrated monitoring of all vehicles.”
Ant -Locator is native integrated in BlueBOUNICS 'popular Ant -Server -AGV/AMR fleet manager of BlueBeetics. It can also be integrated into the existing WMS, MES, ERP or fleet management system of a customer. Other add -ons are also available, e.g. B. for the use outdoors and the persecution of other mobile assets – such as pallet sockets or employees – in common rooms.
Developed in order to meet the requirements of AGV/AMR and Manual forklift producers, software providers of third-party providers and end users alike, includes the functionality of the Ant-Locator over three important applications:
1. Optimization of the transport flows on mixed vehicle points
While automated vehicles such as AGVs are a proven productivity amplifier, it is a challenge to operate them in the same rooms as manual trucks, especially at complex, tight locations. How can transport flows be optimized? Who has right of way? How can Deadlocks and accidents of efficiency rummaging be avoided?
With Ant -Locator, the live coordinates of manual trucks are integrated directly into the Ant -Server -AGV fleet manager of Bluebetics. These precise positioning data enable the software to automatically manage the interactions between automated vehicles, manual trucks and even human employees – for example by using traffic light systems – that help companies use their space as intelligently and safely as possible.
2. Precise persecution of manually moving goods
So that the material traffic can be carried out efficiently, it is important to know the exact position of every range. While the drops of automated vehicles are inevitable, it is anything but guaranteed that the exact position of the waste of every manual truck is not guaranteed.
With Ant-Locator, which are integrated into any manual truck, the exact positions of these vehicles can be continuously communicated with the existing WMS/logistics software of a company, so that the material treatment team can follow the exact location of each place to pick up and anywhere in between.
3 .. Improvement of manual truck operation through data analysis
One of the biggest obstacles to optimizing fork stable use is not known how they are currently being used. Which rivers are most common? Do drivers use the most efficient routes?
The precise positioning data and analyzes that Ant-Locator supply enables companies to improve their manual truck flows by understanding and optimizing their use on the basis of real knowledge. No question, no observation, no guess – simply pursue, analyze, adapt and advise.

The German warehouse management software supplier of SEP Logistik is an early adopter by Ant -Locator. “We use Ant-Locator in our Relag system to determine the exact position of each forklift. The system that offers the operator a real-time 3D visual of the warehouse, and can then show you the most efficient path to reach your destination. Ant-Locator even enables us to offer this functionality outdoors,” explains Markus Fischbacher. “In a project, for example, thanks to the efficiency gains achieved, we enabled a sheet metal producer to reduce the number of forklifts that they needed by 20%.
