The death of a three-year-old victim from a New Year's fireworks explosion brings the death toll to four

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow/Gray News) – A three-year-old victim of a massive New Year's fireworks explosion has died, Honolulu police announced Monday. The boy died of his injuries in hospital several days after the explosion around 1:30 a.m. The Honolulu Medical Examiner's Office identified him as Cassius Ramos-Benigno.
