Chippewa Valley Parade of Homes offers 20 houses

Eau Claire, Wisconsin (Weau) – The Home Builders Association of Chippewa Valley presents the Chippewa Valley Parade of Homes from June 7th to June 14th.

Press release :: The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association (CVHBA) is proud to present the parade sponsored by Great American Fireplace from Homes 2025, an excited annual event that shows the best in the local living and design design. This year's event has 19 breathtaking new houses and a beautifully converted house in Eau Claire, Altoona, Chippewa Falls, Eleva, Augusta, Stanley and Rice Lake. The houses are from Monday to Friday, June 9th to 13th, from 5pm to 9pm and on Saturday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for those on Saturday and Sunday and Sunday, 7th -8. June from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The converted house is open from June 7th to 9th.

From spacious open-concept layouts to cozy outdoor living rooms, the house parade from 2025 shows the latest trends in house design. The popular trends this year include natural wooden areas, black, which are built into accent colors, quartz worktops, the mixing tradition with modern styles, fireplaces with unique accents in the area, tasteful use of wallpaper, energy-efficient designs and much more. Every house offers something unique, regardless of whether you are looking for modern minimalism, timeless craftsmanship or family -friendly functions.

Back for 2025 is the popular scavenger hunt (sponsored by Kristy Tauger, her real estate guide at RE/MAX), in which the participants can search for unique items in every house to win one of four $ 100 dollars! And a new addition to 2025 is the family night (sponsored by Northwestern Bank) on Wednesday, June 11th, a free house for Lincoln Log Kit (during the supplies last) and take part in a social media competition to win Micon Cinema gift cards. Food lovers can enjoy food trucks on June 7th and 8th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with local favorites such as Smackdaddys Gourmet. Dolce, Ragazzi Holzpizza; The Burrito type; And small red grilled cheese that are stationed in selected Parade houses. The list of food trucks and locations can be found here.

Discount cards are available in the Royal Credit Union branches in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Menomonie and Rice Lake, the CVHBA office until June 6th. Or they can be bought online. After June 6, the tickets only cost 10 US dollars and can be bought online or at the first visited house.

The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association (CVHBA) is a non -profit trade association that represents the home construction industry in the region. The mission, founded in 1972, is to build a better housing estate in Chippewa Valley through promotion, attorney and education.
