Dozens of town houses break the ground near Avondale Estates, Decatur

East von Atlanta, a considerable town house project, is officially progressing, which can use the proximity to three Marta stations, job centers and Buwen, historical districts in the city center in the city center.

Rev3 in Avondale East, a 46 unit company that was built in a town house from the town house, recently broke the foundation stone for the beginning of the vertical construction in early 2026.

According to a project description, the townhomes will be within minutes after shopping and eating opportunities in the city center of Decatur and Stone Mountain, with Marta Hubs such as the Kensington Station and the Indian Creek station nearby.

The plans require that each town house comprises three bedrooms and two and ½ bathrooms over garages. Interiors offer smart home tech, open layouts, LVP floor coverings (the luxurious vinylplank) and stainless steel devices.

Local amenities are calling for hiking trails around a pond, a pocket park and a dog park for the residents.

The REV3 project marks the latest example in the strategy of Trilogy and Pinnacle in order to “get capital over high-quality sun belt markets in order to satisfy the need for housing and to create the long-term value for residents and investors alike”. Rev3 Homes is on board as a master builder.

“Families and experts are looking for space and amenities from a house with the flexibility of the rent, and this community should offer exactly that,” said Jason Joseph, CEO of Trilogy and Managing Director, in a project announcement. “Decaturs strong growth and lively character make it an ideal place to bring this concept to life.”

“Decatur is an ideal market for our funds,” added Leo Backer, Pinnacle co -founder and managing partner and cited “strong employment growth, increasing housing demand and convenient access to employers and transit”.

Developers expect Rev3 to start at Avondale East Leasing in June next year when the first BTR town houses are to be delivered.
