Federal Realty Investment Trust will change the Twinbrooke shopping center with a number of modern upgrades that are intended to increase the property in Fairfax, Virginia.
The improvements will contain a modern canopy and facade design, a new decorative LED lighting, an improved landscape design and café seat zones. Additional improvements include improved accessibility in the entire accommodation, improved landscape design, new signage and post -edited asphalt areas. All shops remain open throughout the building. Work starts in March and are expected to be completed within about eleven months.
