As an exhibition space manager in our Malden, Massachusetts, I am proud to share space with our FW WebB colleagues, some of which have been in the company for more than four decades. With this collective experience, we can provide helpful resources and project solutions that consistently exceed the expectations of our customers.

Thanks to our combined experience, we have built up permanent relationships in the community. Many loyal regular customers return years after their first consultations and often ask for a certain team member to support them again. Our customers clearly appreciate our commitment to the community – they know that we stay here to stay.

Our exhibition space has been serving the municipality since 2011, and Frank Webb Home celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2024. We help homeowners, designers, contractors and other, to find solutions for their kitchen, bathroom and lighting projects in more than 49 exhibition rooms in the northeast.

We work closely with our teammates at FW Webb, a family supplier in the third generation who has been serving our region since 1866. Over time, FW Webb has grown from a single location to the largest wholesale distributor of sanitary, heating, HVACR and PVF in the northeast.

In addition, our wholesale business serves as an expansion of our shopping experience, as we have around 14,000 products at hand and receive regular deliveries. The slogan of FW Webb “We have it” shows how we strive to deliver everything our customers need, including professional instructions.

Due to our proven specialist knowledge and our deeply rooted connection to the region, we can advise customers about the prevailing styles that can usually be found in the region, which are mainly classic with some traditional elements. However, many customers are increasingly asking for more modern options. Therefore, we listen carefully to your needs and offer a diverse selection that appeals to everyone.

In recent years we have found a growing demand for wellness-related products and innovative technologies. Here are some highlights:

• Steam showers

Steam showers appeal to those who are looking for a high-tech and yet relaxing experience. Our newly added Mr. Steam Working Display offers an interactive introduction to this soothing and most modern line. Users can adjust spray patterns and search the entertainment options supported by the digital interface of Mr. Steam, including Amazon Alexa and Netflix integration.

These tubs create numerous inquiries and may be our most requested products. Similar to steam boots, inauguration tubs are a popular choice to create a calming, spa-like experience in the household. Customers often evaluate the comfort and adaptation of these tubs by sitting in our exhibition space. Our curated selection includes the free -standing MTI Seabrook bathtub, which was developed for superior comfort.

• Washington

Washington are another popular choice because of their user -friendliness and comfortable functions. We present products such as the Toto Washington S7A and demonstrate their numerous settings and options, from its automatic open-and-clase lid to its e-water+ special system. In addition, customers are attracted to this innovative technology in all demographies. Even skeptics often take it over quickly after seeing how these products work.

Contactless taps quickly become an attractive addition to modern kitchen. Customers can test you from our work displays where you experience the slim, seamless functionality that offers hygienic and uncomplicated operating operation. As a sign of her increasing popularity, one of my colleagues recently added two contactless taps to her house.

When planning their new houses, many customers count as part of their long-term visions of grave bars, shower chairs, used showers and other devices. Others want to support the needs of family members. Since this is a long -lasting decision, it is important to reconcile functionality with timeless and appealing surfaces. Our customers arrive in our exhibition rooms, which are well informed about the products we offer and with clear visions for their rooms. We build on your independent research by leading them through their projects, offering step-by-step action plans, coordinating suitable colors and surfaces and supporting the necessary parts and components.

After you have selected your products and accessories, we focus on bringing every detail together to a coherent whole. My experience as interior designers enables me to help our customers with the latest trends, product performance and design selection. We also work with our FW -Webb teammate to answer technical questions and often include customer advocates to ensure a seamless experience.

Ultimately, our work is a collaboration with our customers with the aim of achieving long -lasting, pleasant, comfortable and unforgettable results. It's all about serving them – our customers and our community.
