The developer Gopalan Enterprises based in Bengaluru will start his first artificial intelligence-smart home project, which meets the growing demand from a thousand-year-old buyers. The company plans to build 3,000 units with an investment of £500 Crore, Managing Director C. Prabhakar told HT.com

He added that these houses contain flexible furniture solutions to maximize space that are inspired by the Japanese design. Foldable and multifunctional furniture enable residents to transform their living areas as required, which means that these houses are ideal for customizable living rooms.
Later in 2025, the company plans to get out of Bengaluru for its living segment. It will be a project in MySuru with ticket sizes of £70 Lakh too £1 crore.

Commercial projects in the pipeline
Gopalan Enterprises has completed around 20 million m² of residential projects in Bengaluru and is now to launch a 1.5 million square meter office park in the city.
This year, the company is planning to deliver an additional 1.5 million m² of office space, with another 1.5 million square meters have already completed and rented. “We'll invest it £500 crore for the office space park. The IT park is located along the outer ring road and is based on Bengaluru's growing demand for Premium office rooms.
