“Vertleap is a new city mark that was developed for improved connectivity. This speculative air taxi mobility center has reinterpreted the future of Peckham, London.

“The design extends vertically and turns the movement in height with open platforms that offer a comprehensive view of the city through the city.

“More than a traffic center, it is a continuation of Peckham's street landscape that supports itself from the rich history and the lively gift from the region.

“By embedding air mobility into the everyday life of the neighborhood, the project technology with location and infrastructure combines with identity.”

“The mosaic narrative: Art, design and community began with an independent examination of mosaic as an artistic medium as well as a metaphor for identity, community and transformation.

“Beyond the Pane: Open Workness to Wellness is a project that is supposed to create a comfortable, diverse and inspiring co-working room for the London Peckham community through thoughtful window and interior design.

“With the work of ten artists, the exhibition examined the class identity critically and creatively.
