1. Introduction

Public Schools by Lenoir County asks qualifications from qualified providers to provide provision Furniture, devices and devices (FF & E) For the new EB Frink Middle School, which is currently under construction in the 405 N. Charles Street, Lagrange, NC 28551.

2. Project overview

  • Furnishings: Eb Frink Middle School

  • Location: 405 N. Charles St. Lagrange, NC 28551

  • Size: Approx. 96,000 m²

  • Estimated occupancy: January 2027

  • Scope: Place and install classrooms, administrative, media center, commons and special furniture.

3. Service scope

Providers are responsible for:

  • Consulting and design support to ensure that furniture selections meet the need for teaching and function.

  • Provision of samples for evaluation.

  • Supply, delivery and installation of furniture in all designated areas.

  • Offer training courses for use, care and maintenance.

  • Provision of guarantee information and after-sales support.

4. Qualification requirements

Answering companies must prove:

  • Experience with at least 10 years K -12 school furniture projects of a similar size in the past 5 years.

  • Capacity to offer comprehensive FF & E services, including design support, procurement, delivery and installation.

  • Knowledge of the current best practices in educational design for educational furniture (ergonomics, collaborative learning rooms, technology integration).

  • Financial stability and ability to meet project schedule.

  • References from comparable school district customers.

5. Submission requirements

Interested companies must submit the following:

  1. Motivation letter – Short introduction and interest in the project.

  2. Company profile – History, organizational structure, personnel qualifications.

  3. Relevant experience – List of comparable projects with descriptions, budgets and references.

  4. Project approach – Talle about how your company meets the needs of the district.

  5. Product lines and manufacturers represent.

  6. Example project Timeline.

  7. Insurance and certification proof.

6. Evaluation criteria

Submissions are based on:

  • Relevant experiences and performance in the past (30%)

  • Qualifications of personnel and resources (20%)

  • Proven understanding of project needs (20%)

  • References and customer satisfaction (15%)

  • Total quality and completeness of the submission (15%)
