Text description provided by the architects. Flockhills Restaurant in Sugarloaf is located on a historic and remote sheep station in the Craigieburn Valley and invites the guests to delve into the breathtaking landscape of the southern Alps. The architecture was developed to reflect the vision of the client for first -class restaurants and at the same time implement the New Zealand agricultural heritage, and compensates for a “homely” atmosphere on a commercial yardstick with a feeling of size.
