As part of its constant revival of Adina Hotels of the first generation, TFE Hotels officially reopened the Adina town hall and introduced a refined apartment style experience in the heart of the CBD.
The newly renovated Adina designed by Bates Smart with 144 rooms mixes timeless elegance with contemporary comfort, Offer business and leisure travelers a stylish and spacious retreat, only moments of Sydney's top attractions.
“We wanted the rooms in the town hall of Adina to feel like a home in the distance.” Says Bates Smart Interior Design Director Brenton Smith. “In the layouts we chose simple solutions that are attractive, e.g. B. removing walls and carpentry and adding portals to create high-altitude and visual priorities. ”
Smith highlights the use of soft, high -quality materials that cause the heat of an upscale apartment.
“Less is definitely more with these designs”, ” He adds. “And the result is a room that exudes elegance and feel the guests at home.” The lobby design of the Adina Town Hall reflects this approach and creates an inviting arrival experience with an environment in the lounge style. Strong focal points, curved furniture and tailor -made carpentry soften the geometry, which makes the room feel inviting, explains Smith.
It is a fact that Adina's first gas offer with the regional general manager of the TFE Hotel, Emma Soutter, is not lost. The early feedback was overwhelmingly positive. “The kitchen is the heart of the house, and Bates Smart has designed spaces where guests can entertain, relax and feel comfortable, be it in their apartment or in the Hotel's lobby”, ” she says. “It is an approach that is really in the plentiful ground with our guests.”
Adina's town hall has joined a new wave of increased Adina propertiesincluding Adina Pentridge Melbourne (February 2023) and Adina Geneva (March 2023) as well as the latest renovation in Melbourne via Flinders and Chippendale in Sydney. Other first generation Adinas, including Adina Darling Harbor, are to be renovated in the coming months.
