Kelly and Stewart experienced the inhabitants of flower hills. They recently bought what they saw as their last home forever because of their peaceful location, their private driveway and the massive garden. The before and after pictures of this almost full home transformation are a must. The project included the kitchen, the guest resort, the main bathroom and the washroom. They also eliminated a powder room, removed a few awkward -angled, non -loading walls, installed new floors and slacked everything with a fresh layer of paint.
Kelly said she loved her new blue island in the kitchen, which is absolutely “peaceful”, and the perfect heart for future meetings. Only some of the additional modernized upgrades of this kitchen included the installation of a functional drawer space under a conventional hob area, a corner optimizer with a cloud -shaped extract and a garbage can insert with an extra large storage space. In addition, Kelly admitted that her converted Jack and Jill Guest bathroom is their favorite and that she often prefers to get ready there. In her main bathroom, some of the upgrades contain a mirror, which is now a sunken medicine cabinet with a memory at the eye level and an electrical output. Marta also installed a larger sink in the house of this customer and a 72-inch bath.
“At the moment there are so many houses in the flower hill that are 20, 30 and 40 years old, and they have never gone through a conversion beforehand. My specialty are those who are difficult to set themselves without making renderings. As soon as we have them, I have high -quality contractors who only have to take care of one thing – the plans,” said Marta. “My first customer appointment can take two or three hours, and this should.
