North Platte, Note – The bid is now open for the auction house of the North Platte Community College Foundation 2025, a project built by students in the college building, electrical and HLK technology programs. The house built up from the foundation offers students practical experience in real experience. The proceeds from the quiet auction finance scholarships for students in the construction industry.
The public is invited to visit on the North Campus of the Colleges on 1101 Halligan Drive on August 22nd and August 25th from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
This year's custom -made house has three bedrooms and two and a half bathroom, which include 1,886 square foot. It has an Open Concept design, the windows of Andersen 100 Series, LED lighting and high-performance insulation for improved energy efficiency. The LP Smartside siding and the shingles are supplied with 30-year-old guarantees.
The aesthetic highlights include a pour -up stone accent, a rollex aluminum liberation and a fascia as well as a tablet ceiling in the living room and in the main bedroom. The interior has solid hardwood floor, hickory cabinets in the Shaker style, quartz worktops and a spacious master shower with a full ceramic tile housing.
The house is wired for cables and phones, although the buyer has to install an electrical measuring device, a main service race, a hot water, an oven and all ventilation systems for heat or energy recovery.
