Singapore – After the owner of this unit in Water Place, Tanjong Rhu, worked twice with the local design agency, the team was again involved in renovating the apartment with a modern contemporary aesthetics.
Recruitment Professional Ms. Kim, who is in the fifties and lives alone – paid about 70,000 US dollars for the renovation that lasted eight weeks.
Ms. Kim, who did not give her full name, opted for a custom cariff in her entire house to hide disorder and create a clear spatial flow. Slim, low -profile furniture in elegant neutral emphasizes the open layout.
In the living area there is a white sofa, paired with a minimalist coffee table and subtle, structured accents that add depth without being overwhelming. The clear lines and the airy feeling of space create a calm, refined surroundings.
The designers also chose earth tones to make the room inviting.
The living area initially had a sharp corner on the television wall and next to the windows that Ms. Kim didn't like.
To remedy this, the design team installed a closet that not only alleviated the angle, but also added the memory. Copper-like accents were subtly integrated by metal inserts on the TV wall and the cupboards.

Ms. Kim's main sleeping room has soft, cool tones that radiate calmly – ideal for lifting after a long day. The headboard behind the bed has a subtle wood paneling that brings warmth into the room without attracting too much attention.
Most furniture here, from the curved double lamps to the rounded Ottoman, were selected with a focus on simplicity and curved edges to avoid hard lines.

The bathroom continues the modern theme of the house. A black sliding door buried the shower area and gives the light tiles. Stone -structured tiles on the floor and the walls promote a feeling of soil and create a contemporary look.
With the carefully considered combination of rounded edges and harmonious colors, the positive energy flows freely throughout the house.
