Sydney Park is the point of contact for those who live in the city center of Sydney.
The dog -friendly 41 hectare park on the border of St. Peters, Newtown, Erskineville And Alexandria is one of the largest parks in the metropolises in Sydney, the home of a breakfast kiosk, children's playground and a skate park as well as extensive hiking trails.
Three of his four sides are either inhabited by apartments or industrial buildings that either look off Princes HighwaySydney Park Road or Euston Road.
There is a small bag in the southwestern corner of the park in the Barwon Park Road, the only true residential street. In the short 400 meter long street, which falls into the suburb of St. Peters, only houses fewer than 100 apartments, most of which are in three low-rise complexes.
In May 2023 emerging developer Princeton took a 758 square meter location in the rarely traded road. You demolished the original warehouse before commissioning APS design on the craft Sydney Park terracesEight high-end terraces, four in the park and four with the adjacent Crown Street.
In the past 18 months, 3.5 gold Star Icirt-rated Builder Coplex has built the four-stage terraces. The design is inspired by traditional terraces, but without the maintenance challenges of older houses, some of which go back in this area for more than a century.
The modern design adapts to the needs of the life of the 21st century, whereby each terrace contains a lock-up garage-a rare but essential convenience in inner city areas. The garage that can attach two cars side by side is located on the first level of the house.
APS-Design under the direction of Diane Fernandes and Ellie Sutton, which focused on open layouts to optimize space and natural light. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen, a life and a dining area that opens up to a private garden. On the second level there are two of the three bedrooms, while the master's back with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom extends over the entire upper floor. Each bedroom opens to its own balcony.
In addition to the proximity of the park, the residents of Sydney Park Terrace in easily reach what the inner west has to offer. The St. Peters station is only 500 meters away, just three stops from the central station in Surry Hills.
Right behind the train station is the lively King Street, which is known for its busy nightlife, cafés and restaurants. In the opposite direction, the Marrickville Metro Shopping Center offers over 190 shops, including Woolworths, Coles and Kmart as well as various food options.
Sydney Park Terraces offers a rare opportunity to buy a brand new town house in an inner -city area, which mainly consists of older houses. Since the costs for land in Parkside locations in the inner west continue to increase, such opportunities are becoming increasingly less common.
The opportunity to have something like the terraces of Sydney Park in this area may not be over again.
