New Dream House combines family life, a flawless design and the prepared corner of the corner of the angle is a photo surgery.
If one of the leading influencers of Israel decides to move to a new home in Ness Ziona, you can be sure that it is not just another standard apartment. Her new house, designed by the interior designer Liad Yosef, combines family -friendly practicability with impressive aesthetics – and above all: it is tailored to social media work. Every detail was carefully selected from the living room to walk -in closet – both for real life and for visual attraction.
“Our connection started on Instagram – where else really?” Yosef stocks. “The moment the move became official, it was clear that we would work together. She knew exactly what she needed – a practical and comfortable home for the children, but also one that looks fantastic in photos and would be pleasant for hosting and filming.”
The house comprises three levels: a basement, an ground floor and a gallery. “The original layout was good, so we didn't break any walls – we have just replaced everything,” says Yosef. “From a new lighting design to wall coverings, floors, furniture and precise planning of every area in the house.”
The design in the entrance floor aims at warmth: a spacious living room with large sofas, a shaggy carpet, soft textiles and cozy lighting. “It was important for them that it is a warm, protective home – not a sterile space. A place that feels like at home for both the children and for the guests.”
The kitchen was developed for the practical ability to clean a porcelain worktop of Gattaneo Marble with a natural but very durable look-light, not absorbing, ideal for families that are resistant to scratches and heat.
As the owner of an independent brand with a strong online presence, the house is also a studio, a set and a work platform. “We knew that every corner had to be ready to photo, including lighting, colors and even furniture placement, with a double purpose: both functional and visually,” explains Yosef.
Even the washroom was not overlooked – it was designed aesthetically and includes advanced devices from Savoy, which offer high functionality and clean, elegant appearance.
The basement was redesigned as a luxurious entertainment room with an indoor pool. The floor is covered with water and non-slip parquet, the walls in natural stone, and the lighting was designed to create a pleasant daily light feeling. “We wanted it to feel like a Mykonos resort – with bean bags, natural plants, seating areas, everything that was developed for photos and hosting.”
The children of the influencer received rooms that were fully tailored to their interests. “The son's room has a low bed and a horse body, while the daughter's room was designed in a personalized princess topic. Her bathrooms are also flying with thin terrazzo tiles, consistent, minimalist and aesthetic.”
The top floor is the highlight of the house-an entire level, which, in collaboration with Riviera cabinets, is transformed into a large, tailor-made walk-in wardrobe. The cupboards have transparent doors, soft lighting and a 3.5-meter island for displaying accessories and shoes. The room also includes wall mirrors and Pilates beds, all of which serve as fashion photography studio.
“It is a room that is both private and public. Everything looks like a private boutique – but it is also a work environment in which she films content, coordinates campaigns and deals with her followers,” explains Yosef.
Between the entry and the upper level there is a preparation corner with a padded bench, a round mirror and a travertine wall cover: “We wanted to create privacy when going down and also use it for a daily usage function-a corner to get ready with the children in front of kindergarten or for the outfit of the daily shots.
The new house is not just a residence – it is a living, intelligent and stylish system that supports the lifestyle of someone who lives in the digital world and does not enter into comfort, style or content. Every detail in the house was selected with creative, professional and modern thinking – and there is no doubt that it appears again and again on social media.
