The Ferretti group
In the Ferretti group, eight new yachts will be presented at the Cannes Yachting Festival next month. This will be most of the starts of one of the larger builders, although last year in Cannes with Ferretti's announcement that 25 new models would be presented from 2024 to 2026.
The Italian master builder can align so many world premieres because he has seven very different brands, started with the stylish and historical Riva brand, which has just launched its biggest build so far. In Cannes, Riva will have four new models that range from the 38-foot Memorial Day to his 112 Dolcevita Super, which has one of the most innovative layouts of every superyacht in its class.
The Flybridge line will debut the Ferretti Yachts 800 and at the same time show the Ferretti Yachts 940, which was launched in July on the Venice Boat Show. The ITAMA 54 is also a new departure for this brand, in which a comeback has come in the past four years after a decade, while Pershing also experiences a new direction with its GTX 70, a family boat with the performance DNA. The Wally brand will also be exhibited in Cannes sails and motors, and there will also be a custom line in the charming Cannes Vieux connection. The Cannes show runs from September 9th to 14th.

The elegant profile of the latest Rivas Superyacht series is part of the DNA of the brand and is very different from the 110-foot model, which was launched in 2018. However, experience is more about how the designers have made the room again inside and outside. The 635-foot rear cockpit includes a beach club that includes about half of the total area. It can be expanded via bulwarks that produce side terraces beyond an already generous 23'5-inch beam and transform it into a platform near the water. At the top, the Flybridge measures an even more impressive 660 square foot surface and is divided into a back social area that can be deleted with loose furniture with loose furniture). With a mid-deck cocktail barg beam with a central-deck locus and a cleared television. The dining area near the cockpit and a lounge in the middle or a more conventional configuration with the dining area in the middle.

This 80-foot value will be the highlight of what Ferretti describes as the “range” of his Flybridge series, which started seven years ago. The exterior of the 800 came from Filippo Salvetti's drawing board with the interior of IDEITALIA. The ship fits well in the middle of a TK model area, with the Ferretti yachts 500 at one end and the 100-foot-ferretti yachts 1000 at the other end. The 800 was designed in such a way that it felt like the larger ship, with details such as a reduced hardtop in Flybridge, large, residence-like salon and full jet master suite. The 430 square meters of Flybridge shows that Salvetti pressed every centimeter from the outside area for social rooms. Despite its size, it is not a slowpoke. With his husband from the 1550s, it has a reported top speed of 27 knots and 24 knot cruise. With the optional man 1800s, these speeds jump to 31 knots, 27 cruise.

Pershing GTX70

Pershing's entry-level model in its GTX series was created by Vallicelli Design with strategic input from the Engineering Department and Product Strategy Committee of the Ferretti Group. The 70-foot coat is a slim-a leaner outdoor and sporty, rounded construction and top speed of 35 knots thanks to three Volvo Penta D13 IPS1200 engines that produce 2,700 hp. With its three-steter design, owners and guests can be crossed at the weekend, while the exterior promotes the gracious life outdoors in the large beach club area or on the sports bridge. The design team specifically focused on making the social areas larger so that the interior and the outer are 10 or 30 percent larger than the models of its competitors. Both the rear cockpit with its fold -out bulwarks and the Sundeck offer extraordinary space.

Itame 54

This new model is the middle child of the cross -performance line of the Ferretti brand, directly behind the ITAMA 62RS. It offers the same legendary style and the same Italian elegance, but with greater comfort in the social areas above and below decks. The concept and naval architecture come from the product strategy committee of the Ferretti Group, which is led by Piero Ferrari and the group's engineering department. Tommaso de Luca made the interior design and external styling. One of the great innovations is a dual cockpit layout that creates a room with two C-shaped lounges in which there is usually only one. This means that 10 people can share separate groups. The helmet station includes a seat in space and a floating dashboard that increases the style of the ship. There are two cabins, two heads, a galley and a dining area below.

Ferretti yachts 940

Officially launched in July at the Venice International Boat Show, this second offer from Ferretti Yachten will have a much larger audience in Cannes. It is important because it is the first wide body design in this area. Like the Ferretti Yachts 800, the outdoor area of the 940s was designed by Filippo Salvetti and his interior came from Ideitalia, with the same upscale sense of living as the smaller siblings. The five-steter layout combines large windows and light furniture, which are anchored by darker wood paneling and accents. Standard power of Twin 2,000 PS MAN V-12 engines provides a top speed of 25 knots with a friendly driving speed of 21 knots. The optional 2200 PS -Manns push the cruise to 23 knots and the upper end to 27 knots.

Riva Aquariva Special

If you describe this as a start, it is a small route, but the latest version of the aquariva special will soon be traded with two and a half decades of elegant design. It is therefore justified that all design changes are important. And in view of the fact that it has a direct connection to the legendary Riva Aquarama, it would not be overwhelmed to describe this design as “timeless” because 300 units were built in 24 years. The modifications include fresh arch navigation lights, a new spherical, spherical windshield that improves the aquariva aerodynamic profile, and a larger strict platform for easier access to the water (a beautiful, modern effect that was missing in the classic rivas). The latest special is also available in new colors with more refined “Chiaroscuro” effects, as the company calls it and realizes that it looks different under several light conditions. With a 370 PS Yanmar 8LV powered Aquariva Special, it hits impressive 41.5 knots and cruises with 36 knots.

Riva 58 Capri

This open sports yacht is a fresh model line for Riva, which developed from the 56 'rival platform, but was also inspired by the 68 -diaabler. It has both Riva's slim shaped outside lines, but adds a fixed hardtop that extends around the middle of the cockpit, with a retractable electrobimini extends backwards. The strict garage can be configured either for a Williams 325 or a smaller turbo jet Williams 285. The interior comprises three cabins, two for the owner and the guests and one for the crew. The new 58 can either be powered by twin 1000 hp or 1200 hp man, which gives it a top speed of 33 or 37 knots.

Riva Cento

This is much more than the typical model in limited edition that many boat builders create to celebrate the 100th unity of a model. This Rivamare 38, one of the bestsellers of the modern Riva, offers new colors, including the selection of the interior of a light biscuit or more traditional Riva aquamarine and white. But there are also functions such as an electro -hydraulic hatch at the rear that turns into a beach club, with longues, storage for fenders and seaside bobs and a retractable gangway. In the front cockpit, the C-shaped sofa is transformed into a large sunbathing thanks to the electric table, which imposes and lowers. In the cabin, the dining area turns into a double cover for the salon, which is even brighter than the original version with its newly designed skylight and larger side windows. Driven by Twin Volvo Penta D6 440 Aquamatic Duoprop -DPIs, the cento reaches a top speed of 40 knots.
