These reading lamps are gone if you do not use them |

If so much is stared on a screen of my day, my nightly reading feels not only like a holy ritual, but also a necessary moment of the break for my tired eyes and an overstimulated brain. In fact, studies have shown that reading before going to bed can not only fall asleep faster, but can also help you to sleep longer.

The only problem with this evening activity? For those of us who share a bed with someone who is not so quickly, to accept a suggestive reading, can be a bit anti -social. Because despite the many carrots, I ate desperately as a child and still didn't quite find out how to read in the dark and keep all lights on while someone else tries to snake right next to you, a safe way to start a nightly argument.
