“People, take a look at this sweet water bottle! I think -“, but I quickly cut off before I can end my sentence. My friends know that I have absolutely no needs of new cups and water bottles. Every link, a photo or a product screenshot I send your way for a limited water bottle pattern or a newly launched design immediately with a “You don't need this.”

Until I came across my last obsession: the Owala Smoothsip slider. This leakproof cup (yes, full Leckschutz) has a slider that you use, which includes the lock to prevent spills. You can actually shake your shaken espresso directly in the Tumbler, swirl your eced Matcha latte with your wrist and throw your full cup into your pocket without worrying about losing precious beverage fluid. (And I carried out all the above actions to test it.)

Colleagues of water bottles and tumbler lovers will most likely not be surprised to hear that I have both the 12-tunes and the 20 -unzen version-a girl needs their options. I have owned the two Smoothsip sliders for over five months and they are my preferred decision for hot and ice drinks when I commute and travel. The color combinations, the elegant shape, the user -friendly lid lock and the smooth outlet of the lid make it perfect for my needs. The “regular” Owala water bottles are also a favorite of me, especially the Freesip- because they can drink via a straw and as a normal bottle.

While there are numerous instinctual cups on the market, the Owala Smoothsip slider has the fewest “steps” to identify the tumbler with an undated leak. You simply push the slider up. The slider also remains so firmly on the spot that when it is time to remove it for cleaning, I need the help of a spoon and a solid amount of wrist action to snap it off the lid. (The other elements of the tumbler are very easy to clean.) However, I would prefer that a little arm works than a leaky cup.

The delicious styles of other brands that I think about had either colors or design elements that were not to my taste, or they only had straw options for delicious lids. Brumates NAV series has a lid function that she then did not loved and did not loved the aesthetics of the cup itself. Stanleys Aerolight Transit bottle felt too useful in design and applies to the Hydroflask coffee mug with the Flex SIP lid. I also love the black grip on the Hydroflask lid. Yetis Rambler Tumbler Lid is delicious resistant, but no proof.

The Voyager -Tumbler from Simple Modern was the closest contender in terms of design and function. It has a curved, slim shape, which is available in a variety of pretty colors and patterns, and has the simplest one -time bulky mechanism that is activated by pressing the top of the lid. One of the cheapest design points is actually my personal concern: the 360-degree drinking edge. With all the trains that I wear in my pockets during my commuting and in the daily newspaper, I knew that even if the lid were locked, pressing something in my pocket and releasing the lock for potential spasters from all 360 degrees. In addition, the Voyager lid has many grooves that can be difficult to access for thorough cleaning.

Although the discrepancies do not differ dramatically, it is the small elements that contribute to whether I can do a mug or a bottle over another or not. My Owala Smoothsip slider hits all grades in terms of my personal design preference, and it is great in keeping my ice drinks cold while drinking, and my hot coffee is still relatively warm at the end of the day. It is also worth mentioning: I do not test how long my drinks stay hot or cold, because every mug that I used can keep my drinks for the up to two hours cold and hot enough that I nipe.

The majority of people in my circle have more water bottles and cups than necessary, but many have added the smooth SIP selectively for all professionals that I discovered while testing. Even my electoral mother liked it and gave it to others, and with so many color variations there is a style for everyone.
